Embrace the Flow 6-Week Group Coaching and Mentorship is a bulletproof group-coaching programme combined with a self-paced minicourse, that will provide you with advanced knowledgeeffective strategies and personalised coaching. In fact, this programme works because it helps you adapt the knowledge to your unique cycle.

In Embrace the Flow 6-Week Group Coaching and Mentorship you will find:

  • A complete course with a textbook, video lectures, weekly tasks, trackers, planners, checklists and additional reading resources. So you can learn all about the physiology of the menstrual cycle, the main principles of nutrition and exercise, and how Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches the menstrual cycle holistically. You will also learn how we can use elements of Jungian psychology (e.g. archetypes) to understand and navigate each phase of the menstrual cycle.
  • Weekly live sessions in which I will be holding space for you. As a skilled and experienced Health Coach, I will be listening attentively to you, asking relevant questions, challenging your beliefs, and helping you find the most effective resources for your unique needs. Spots for each session are limited, so you can feel truly listened to, and get effective coaching.
  • Lifetime access to the Embrace the Flow Community Facebook group to connect, and share your journey with likeminded women, who are or were facing similar struggles. So you can feel fully supported.

  • To eat according to your menstrual phase. You will learn which nutrients are most and least required in each phase, and which practices are best suitable for each phase. On top of it, you will have free access to my 2 most recent nutrition ebooks, with in-depth information and further reading suggestions. So you will gain a complete knowledge on the principles of human nutrition. 
  • To plan your exercise type, volume and intensity according to each phase of the menstrual cycle. On this occasion, I will combine my Strength and Conditioning Coaching experience with my Health Coaching skills to provide you with the best up-to-date knowledge to create effective personalised plans. Additionally, you will have access to specialised resources to learn all about the most important exercise principles.
  • All you need to know about your own, unique cycle. I will guide you step by step into tracking, journaling, and goal setting and achieving. Because there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to hormone balancing, and it is important that you understand how your body, mind, emotions and spiritual wellbeing all work together.
  • The best work and lifestyle strategies to make the most of each menstrual phase. About myself

 

My name is Gaia, I am a Certified Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach, PT, and I hold a PhD in Philosophy. I am based in Walthamstow (London, UK), and provide personalised coaching both in person and online.

After struggling with hormone imbalances, prolonged missing periods, anxiety, insomnia and irritability for many years, I decided to educate myself and take ownership of my hormonal health. It took me years of studying, researching, and trial and error, but I finally did it: I fixed my hormones and restored my physical, mental and emotional health. Now I am here to help you fix your hormones and restore your health.
