EPISODE #3: JERMAINE ALLEN

Life Balance

Episode

In this episode, Jermaine Allen from Jay’s BIG Chat and myself talk about life balance. When not working on his show or in the office, Jermaine spends time with his wife and 3 kids, with his cousins and some friends, or training. The episode starts with Jermaine describing the origin of his YouTube show Jay’s BIG Chat and telling me how, one way or another, his entire family have been involved in the project. We then move on to discussing the role of social relationships on health and life quality. From there, we touch upon various topics, such as happiness, self-love, self-uniqueness and training.
