Can I Work with a Health Coach if I Am Healthy?

Of course! Whether a lifestyle change has been imposed on you by a doctor, or whether it comes from your own desire for better health, a health coach will assist you in:

  • setting specific and relevant goals, that are also meaningful to you, and achievable by you in a realistic timeframe;
  • breaking down such goals into smaller ones, that you can track, measure, and account for;
  • providing you with plenty of strategies to achieve your goals, as well as with a plan B, a plan C, and so forth, in case something gets in your way and prevents you from sticking to the original strategy;
  • feeling less oppressed by your goals, and more focused on your ability to achieve them: the coach will do the hard work of planning for you, while you will be able to fully enjoy the process of proceeding step by step towards your ultimate goal, and to learn a lot about yourself along the way.

Bear in mind, a coach works with you, not for you. The true power of coaching lies in the ability to unpack your dream vision and the reality that separates you from it.
