    I really love Gaia Domenici’s Nourish your Body – Realise your Self because it’s in the same time a philosophical and a pratical book. I like the fact that the author introduce her book with many informations about nutrition. She explains what is a balanced diet, and why we should eat certain type of food like unprocessed food. This book is an helpfull guide for eating well, enough amount of food or how to plan the meals (with pratical examples).
    In the second part of the book you can find many recipes.I am not a fan of cooking, but as the recipes are imagine with unprocessed food cooked in oven or frying pan, it is approachable. I guess, people who really like to cook will also appreciate this book as the recipes are great ideas. For example, you can decline some recipes with other types of meats, vegetables, spices and so on. Finally, I really appreciate to find balanced recipes for treats and desserts contrary to some cooking books who present recipes with too much sugar in it: you can nourrish your body and realise your self without feeling guilty!
