Overnight Bircher

  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp true Ceylon cinnamon powder

Soak the oats for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix yoghurt, oats, chia seeds and berries. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes and cinnamon powder before eating. Enjoy!
