Smoked Salmon and Avocado Salad

  • 250g smoked salmon
  • 1 cup rocket
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced or cubed)
  • 1/2 lime
  • sea salt
  • (optional) 50g cantaloupe or honeydew melon (cubed)

On a large plate or tray, lay rocket evenly, then lay the salmon and garnish with the 1/2 avocado (and the melon). Sprinkle with salt and squeeze the lime throughout. Let the lime juice be absorbed by the salmon for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
