Something Personal About Myself
When I don't work out or experiment with food, you'll find me reading and writing. I published a book on Nietzsche and C.G Jung in 2019, and I've been running a peer reviewed journal since 2018: Phanês: Journal for Jung History. At the moment, I'm working on a book on philosophy of bodybuilding. Other than that, I enjoy cuddling my cat; practising yoga and meditation; playing music; grounding on green grass. I believe that diet, physical activity and spiritual connection are the three elements of our individual health. When such elements are in balance, we can proudly call ourselves 'healthy'.
